About The Founder
Arlene Brooks is a dynamic, goal driven and dedicated professional with many years of experience in diversified business industries.
She demonstrates expertise in leadership and entrepreneurship and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has built strong network relations with clients, vendors and peers.
Arlene's background has always been in customer service in some kind of way. She has 18 years of merchant services experience and over 10 years of law enforcement in the area of 911 with San Diego Police and the Atlanta Police Depts.
Arlene is very passionate about her relationship with God first Family and Friends.
The greatest impact she brings is being consistent , open minded, and judgement free.

After spending most of her adult life working in the corporate world, Arlene Brooks decided to take a leap of faith and launch her own coffee shop, Coffee Speaks N Tea Talks. “When I lost my mom in 2016, I asked God to give me an idea so I can hold on to her memory every day and coffee does that and that’s the reason why I founded a coffee shop.”

The Inspiration Behind Coffee Speaks N Tea Talks
Coffee Speaks N Tea Talks started January 12, 2017 and the grand opening occurred on Nov 26, 2019. It was inspired by the passing of my mom, I wanted to have a memory of her every day.
When I was a child I could smell coffee every morning and I knew my Mom was up! I truly believe what makes us different is what Coffee Speaks N Tea Talks embodies in the brand.
Coffee Speaks N Tea Talks is aware of how quality ingredients, great customer service and a distinctive ambiance can create a superior product and atmosphere that can distinguish a business from its competition.
